Company Background:
Perthland Property Group is an Australian owned and registered Real Estate Development and Marketing Company.
Our services in marketing and management of single residential homes commenced in 1989 and extended in 1990 into project marketing.
In 1993 we commenced our specialisation on off-plan project selling and pre-completion sales, selling to local and offshore buyers predominantly in the South East Asian regions.
Our success required us to have full time representation in South East Asia where in 1994 we opened our first offshore associated office in Jakarta, Indonesia marketing Perth's finest residential strata projects, concentrating in the inner city apartments which at that time was at its infancy stage in Perth, before becoming what it is today.
In 1998 LJHooker selected our office to be the group's Project Marketing office in Western Australia.

- Monitor and recommend maintenance requirement on the Estate to the Project Manager and Local Council.
